A GPS for your world. Dr. James Smith reveals the four fundamental dimensions that shape every decision, every opportunity, and every challenge you face.
For centuries people have searched for meaning, balance, and direction. We try to understand why some lives flourish while others struggle, why our decisions shape our future, and how the main forces of life connect.
Every human life unfolds within four fundamental dimensions.
The inner fuel that drives every decision.
The bonds that shape who we become.
The tangible world we build and inhabit.
The resources that enable our choices.
The framework in action—mapped across the four dimensions.
These four forces influence every decision you make, every opportunity you pursue, and every challenge you face.
Dr. James D. Smith has devoted his life and work to one central pursuit: understanding the unity of human experience and progress. While deeply appreciative of life, he has rarely been satisfied with the status quo, continually seeking deeper patterns that connect human growth, conflict, meaning, and achievement.
Since earning his PhD in Human and Organizational Systems in 2013, Dr. Smith has published three academic papers on unity and a book exploring the similarity of diversity. His professional experience spans healthcare, ordained ministry, spiritual care leadership in hospice, ethics committees, college teaching, national banking, international financial advising, government contracting, and service as interim president of a publicly traded company.
He has personally built two homes for his family and is the father of two adult children. His education includes an interdisciplinary bachelor’s, an MBA, a Master of Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems.
A unifying framework that finally makes sense of the chaos. I see my life — and my choices — with new clarity.
